Times.  You are welcome to check-in anytime between 1pm and 5pm. If you think you may be arriving earlier or later, then please contact us so that arrangements may be made. Our checkout time is anytime before 10:30am.

Cancellation Terms. Cancellations must be made in writing to the Boardwalk Lodge by fax or by e-mail. Terms as follows: More than 20 days prior to arrival 10% of invoiced value. 20 to 15 days prior to arrival 30% of invoiced value. 14 to 07 days prior to arrival 50% of invoiced value. 06 to 03 days prior to arrival 65% of invoiced value. 02 to 00 days prior to arrival 100% of invoiced value. Non Arrival (No Show) 100% of invoiced value.

Changes.  In the event of an extension of your stay at the Boardwalk Lodge, you will be required to pay the additional amount prior to your extension.  Regret, we do not refund payments in the event of a shortened stay, and no refunds are made to credit cards.

Meals.  Breakfast is served each morning from 8am until 10.30am.  Breakfast consists of Fresh Fruit, Cereals, and Pastries available at our breakfast buffet plus a hot plated breakfast.  If you haven’t already booked breakfast with us, then we encourage you to call us to reserve your option.
We are more than happy to assist with your dinner arrangements; there are many wonderful little restaurants in the village of Wilderness.

Services.  The following additional guest services are available to help you “Upside Your Downtime”.  Wellness Treatments in the privacy of your chalet; Shopping assistance to help stock your kitchen;  Picnic Baskets;  Honeymoon Extras;  Airport Transfers;  Group Catering;  Meeting Assistance;  and many more.  Please contact us anytime if you’d like more information.

Please Note.  Some of our rooms and chalets can only be reached by stair from the main parking area.  If you or your fellow guests have a problem climbing many steps, then please notify us as soon as possible as we cannot guarantee the possibility of changing chalets on arrival.  Also note that no pets are allowed at the Boardwalk Lodge.
